Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department is responsible for amongst other things the overall  management of all persons employed by the organization, their people skills & development  as well as implementation of human resources policies & legislation relating  to employees' welfare and operations of Council. The Department also seeks to achieve workforce compliance with organizational skills of employees and dealing with labour issues, union and staff association policies.
